✦ What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, energy-based complementary therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and heal. The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: Rei, meaning “universal,” and Ki, meaning “life force energy.”
Reiki is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support nervous system balance.
During a session, many people experience a sense of warmth, calm, or deep relaxation. Some notice emotional release, while others simply feel more grounded and at ease in their body.
Reiki is often used alongside traditional care, helping to reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and create space for the body to shift out of stress and into a more balanced state.
This work is gentle, safe, and meets you exactly where you are—whether you’re navigating stress, physical discomfort, or emotional overwhelm.

Meet Lindsey
I’m Lindsey, a Reiki Master Teacher, behavioral health counselor, and recovery advocate based in the Pacific Northwest.
My work focuses on supporting people as they reconnect with their own inner capacity for healing through Reiki, nervous system regulation, and compassionate, whole-person care.
I also facilitated Reiki groups within treatment settings, where I’ve seen firsthand how this work supports grounding, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
