Lindsey Peck
Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner
About Lindsey
I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, practitioner, behavioral health counselor, and recovery advocate based in the Pacific Northwest. My work centers on supporting whole-person healing and honoring the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system.
My path into energy work began during my own recovery journey. While navigating sobriety and healing from childhood trauma, I was introduced to Reiki at a time when traditional approaches alone were not reaching the deeper layers of what I was carrying. That first experience offered a sense of safety, calm, and unconditional presence that profoundly shifted my relationship with healing.
Over time, Reiki became an important part of my own process of reconnecting with my body, rebuilding trust in my intuition, and gently releasing stored emotional pain. I came to understand that healing rarely happens all at once—it unfolds gradually through compassion, awareness, and practices that help the nervous system feel safe again.
Today I bring both lived and professional experience to my work. Alongside my Reiki practice, I work in behavioral health supporting individuals navigating substance use recovery and mental health challenges. In treatment settings, I facilitate Reiki and meditation groups that introduce clients and staff to practices for grounding, emotional regulation, and self-connection.
My work is guided by a simple belief: healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with slowing down, feeling supported, and remembering that our bodies already hold deep wisdom.
Through Recover Reiki, my goal is to help make supportive healing practices more accessible and to explore thoughtful ways energy work can complement recovery, mental health care, and whole-person wellness.
