Lindsey Peck

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner

Lindsey Peck embodies the transformative power of energy healing. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, her journey with Reiki began as part of her path to sobriety and recovery from deeply rooted childhood trauma.

Her first Reiki session marked a profound turning point—it was the first time she truly felt the essence of unconditional love.

This gentle, energy-based practice offered Lindsey a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with herself in a way she had never experienced before. Through consistent Reiki sessions, she began to peel back the layers of pain and emotional numbness she had carried for decades. Healing didn’t happen overnight, but over time, her self- awareness deepened, clarity returned, and she uncovered a sense of peace that had long eluded her.

Reiki became a trusted companion in her recovery—helping her process emotional wounds, release stored trauma, and rebuild trust in her own intuition.

Today, Lindsey is committed to advancing the integration of Reiki into addiction treatment programs, including efforts to secure insurance and grant funding to improve accessibility. Lindsey’s mission is to support individuals in reclaiming their inner strength and fostering sustainable healing through practices rooted in autonomy, connection, and holistic well-being.
